• For custom-designed pieces (our specialty), changes are possible during the design/CAD approval stage - contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Once production starts, custom items are generally non-returnable/non-exchangeable due to personalization.
• For ready-made/stock items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14-30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, with all certificates/tags intact (buyer may cover return shipping).
