We want you to cherish every Sparkling Luke creation. If your online purchase isn’t perfect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval by our Quality Check team.

Please note:

  • No cash refunds are provided

  • A credit note will be issued upon approval

  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue

All returns must:

  • Be approved by our Quality Check team

  • Be unused, unworn, and free from damage

  • Include the original invoice and authenticity certificate

If any repair or restoration is required, the applicable cost will be deducted from the credit note value.

All customised or made-to-order jewelry is crafted exclusively for you.
Therefore, customised orders are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable at any cost, under any circumstances.

  • Lifetime exchange and upgrade on eligible items

  • Mandatory inspection by our expert Quality Check team

  • Credit value adjusted if repairs or damage are identified

Eligibility is subject to final quality approval.

Should you ever wish to part with your piece:

  • We offer 70% of the original invoice value for eligible items

  • Redeemable at any Sparkling Luke boutique

  • Original invoice and authenticity certificate required

  • Subject to quality inspection and current market pricing

Sparkling Luke reserves the right to adjust the final buyback value based on product condition and prevailing market rates.

Delivery With Care

Each piece is handled with care and delivered securely:

  • Free delivery across the UAE

  • Shipping charges applicable outside the UAE

  • Estimated delivery timeline: 7–21 days, depending on design complexity

  • Fully insured and tracked shipments

  • Delivered only to the designated recipient
