Worldwide shipping is available via DHL Express (typically 3-10 business days delivery, depending on location). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted via WhatsApp - many orders include complimentary insured shipping (contact us for details). All shipments are fully insured for peace of mind.

You'll automatically receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message upon placing your order.

• Custom/bespoke pieces: Production takes 3-6 weeks (design approval + crafting), followed by 3-10 business days shipping via DHL Express.
• Ready-made/stock items: Orders placed before 2 PM GST (Dubai time) are often processed and shipped the same or next day.
  Total delivery time varies-rush options may be available. We'll keep you updated every step!

• For custom-designed pieces (our specialty), changes are possible during the design/CAD approval stage - contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Once production starts, custom items are generally non-returnable/non-exchangeable due to personalization.
• For ready-made/stock items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14-30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, with all certificates/tags intact (buyer may cover return shipping).
  If there's damage or an error on our end, we'll resolve it promptly-DM us with photos within 3-7 days of receipt. All decisions aim for your satisfaction!
