Custom Manufacturing

All jewellery produced by Sparkling Luxe Jewels is specially custom-made for the client.

Irrevocable Order

Once CAD work, stone sourcing, or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Client Design Responsibility

For jewellery created based on a client-provided design or reference image, the client confirms they have the right to use the design and Sparkling Luxe Jewels is not responsible for any intellectual property claims.

Design & CAD Approval

Approval of CAD renders, layouts, and specifications confirms acceptance of the design and proportions.

Digital Representation

CAD images, photos, and videos are visual representations only. Slight differences may occur in the final piece.

Estimated Weights

Gold and diamond weights provided before production are approximate. Final billing is based on actual weights used.

Price Adjustment

If gold or diamond prices increase significantly before final production or billing, price adjustments may apply.

Natural Characteristics

Diamonds and gemstones may have natural inclusions, shade differences, or slight size variations which are not considered defects.

Stone Availability

If a selected diamond or gemstone becomes unavailable, a similar stone of comparable quality may be offered subject to client approval.

Stone Setting Risk

During manufacturing or setting, rare stone damage may occur due to natural gemstone characteristics. Replacement with a similar quality stone will be arranged where possible.

Advance Payments

Advance payments cover sourcing, design, and production preparation and are non-refundable once production begins.

Return Policy

Customised jewellery is generally non-returnable. If a return is approved at the company’s discretion, 40% of the invoice value will be deducted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Custom-made jewellery, engraved pieces, name jewellery, specially sourced diamonds, or altered items.

Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges will be calculated based on the prevailing market value of gold and diamonds at the time of exchange.

Production Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to design complexity or stone sourcing.

Manufacturing Warranty

Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery will be inspected and rectified if confirmed.

Damage Exclusions

Damage caused by wear and tear, accidental impact, improper handling, or third-party repair is not covered.

Uncollected Jewellery

Items not collected within 90 days of completion notification may incur storage charges or be treated as abandoned.

Chargeback Protection

By making payment, the client confirms the order is authorised and agrees not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks. The company reserves the right to present all documentation to recover funds if such disputes occur.

Price Agreement

Once the quotation is approved and the order confirmed, the agreed price is final and not subject to further negotiation or discounts.

Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to UAE jurisdiction.
