ABOUT SPARKLING LUXE AND THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Conditions of Sale apply to any sales of Sparkling Luxe products or services that you may order through our website sparklingluxe.com (the “Platforms”) or via our customer service team.

The selling entity for all orders is: Sparkling Luxe, with registered offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Source of Funds & Compliance:

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the funds used for the transaction are of lawful origin.
  • In compliance with UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, we may require additional identification or documentation for high-value transactions.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Quantity Limits:

Bespoke & Personalized Items:

  • Please note that orders for personalized or bespoke products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, as these items are made to your unique specifications.

Placing an order with Sparkling Luxe involves the following steps:

Shopping Bag:

  • Adding an item to your bag does not guarantee its availability; it is only confirmed upon our written “Confirmation of Order.”

Checkout:

  • You may check out as a guest or via a registered account.

Validation:

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an “Acknowledgement of Order.” We will then perform security and anti-fraud checks before processing.

Acceptance:

  • Our acceptance of your order is finalized when we send you a “Confirmation of Order & Shipment” via email.

All prices shown on the Platforms include 5% VAT (Value Added Tax) as per UAE law, but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.
  • For high-value orders, bank wire transfers may be accepted at our discretion.

Verification:

  • All payments are subject to validation checks by the card issuer.
  • If the payment is not authorized, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

Sparkling Luxe offers complimentary insured shipping worldwide.

Delivery Area:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the UAE and selected international locations.
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes or certain restricted areas.

Signature Required:

  • For security, all Sparkling Luxe deliveries require an adult signature at the nominated address, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you.

Timeline:

  • We aim to deliver within 30 days of the Confirmation of Order, unless a longer lead time was specified (e.g., for custom-made pieces).

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy allows you to return non-personalized products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions:

  • Personalized, engraved, or fully custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

We strive for technical and aesthetic perfection. However, because our jewelry is handcrafted and features lab-grown diamonds, please note:

  • Information regarding carats, stone count, and metal weight is indicative and may vary slightly between pieces.
  • Visual representations on screen may differ slightly from the original product due to display settings.

Sparkling Luxe is committed to quality. Each piece is covered by our FJ Guarantee, which includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, or damage caused by accidents or misuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Sparkling Luxe’s total liability for any order shall not exceed 100% of the price of the product(s) purchased.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

This policy outlines your rights to cancel a contract, return a purchase, and the conditions required to obtain a refund or an exchange.

At Sparkling Luxe, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every handcrafted creation.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the date you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise this right, you must notify our Concierge Team before the 30-day period expires. You may contact us via:

For items purchased through sparklingluxe.com or via our digital sales channels, you may return or exchange your creation through the following methods:

Complimentary Pick-up:

  • Contact our Concierge Team to arrange a secure, complimentary collection of your item from your address in the UAE.

In-Person Returns:

  • You may return your item directly to our showroom in Dubai by appointment.

Important Note: All returns and exchanges are subject to a rigorous Quality Control (QC) check. To be eligible, the item must be in pristine condition, within the 30-day window, and accompanied by the original diamond certificate (IGS/GIA/IGI), warranty card, and all original packaging.

To ensure the integrity of our jewelry, we enforce strict return conditions:

State of the Item:

  • Products must be returned in a new, unused, and perfect state, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers attached.

Complete Packaging:

  • Items must be returned in the original Sparkling Luxe box and delivery package, including all accessories, certificates, and documents.

Alterations:

  • Any jewelry that has been resized (other than by Sparkling Luxe), damaged, or altered from its original condition will not be accepted for return.

Quality Control:

  • If an item does not meet our QC standards (e.g., shows signs of wear or microscopic scratches), we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product back to you.

In accordance with luxury industry standards, certain products are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bespoke & Personalized Items:

  • Any jewelry that has been custom-designed, made-to-order, or engraved at your request.

Resized Items:

  • Products that were specifically resized to your measurements prior to shipping.

Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser and will be credited to the original payment method used.

Gift recipients are not entitled to a cash refund but may be eligible for an exchange or a gift credit.

Once your return has passed Quality Control, we will process your refund. While we initiate the transfer immediately, it typically takes 10 to 15 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Should you wish to exchange your creation for a different size or a different model:

  • The original item must meet all the “Condition of Returned Products” requirements listed above.
  • If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before shipment.
  • If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the original purchaser (subject to the conditions in Section 5).

Sparkling Luxe (“we”, “us” and “our”) provides expert maintenance and repair services for your jewelry creations (the “Services”). These Conditions of Service apply to any repair or maintenance order (a “Service Order”) placed through our website, via email, WhatsApp, or in-person at our Dubai showroom (the “Service Channels”).

By submitting a creation for service, you agree to be bound by these Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We recommend reading these carefully before validating a Service Order.

We provide Services to individuals who:

  • Have reached the age of legal majority (21 years in the UAE).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Are the bona fide owners or authorized representatives of the creation.

We reserve the right to refuse a Service Order for legitimate reasons, including if we suspect the creation is not authentic or was obtained through unauthorized channels.

 

Our service process ensures the highest quality care for your jewelry:

A. Request & Shipping

  • To initiate a service, please contact our Concierge Team.
  • You may be asked to provide photographs of the creation and a description of the requested work.

B. Diagnosis

  • Upon receipt, our master jewelers will perform a formal diagnosis.
  • We will verify the condition of the gold, the setting of the stones, and the overall integrity of the piece.
  • For complex bespoke creations, the diagnosis may take up to 7 working days.

C. Cost Estimate & Approval

  • Following the diagnosis, you will receive a written Cost Estimate via email or WhatsApp.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days. If not approved within this timeframe, the estimate becomes void.
  • Your written confirmation (Email/WhatsApp) constitutes a binding contract.
  • If you reject the estimate, we will return the creation to you in the condition it was received. A nominal diagnostic or shipping fee may apply.

All prices are quoted in AED and include 5% VAT.

Terms:

  • Payment must be made in full before the creation is released.
  • We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfers.

Uncollected Items:

  • Creations remaining uncollected for more than 6 months after the final notification may be moved to secure off-site storage.
  • Items uncollected after 12 months may be subject to additional storage fees.

You may cancel the Service Order at any time before the work has been fully performed. However, you will be liable for the cost of any labor or materials already utilized up to the moment of cancellation.

Our Right:

  • Sparkling Luxe reserves the right to cancel a Service Order if technical complications arise that make the repair impossible or risk damaging the creation further.
  • In such cases, any pre-payments for the specific work not performed will be refunded.

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. All Services performed by Sparkling Luxe are covered by a 12-month Service Warranty from the date of collection.

Scope:

  • This warranty covers the specific repair or part replaced.
  • It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, or interventions by a third-party jeweler.

Validation:

  • To claim under this warranty, you must provide the original Service Invoice.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Sparkling Luxe is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability for any Service Order shall not exceed 100% of the value of the Service itself.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing flaws or damage that only become apparent during the cleaning or repair process (e.g., internal stone inclusions or metal fatigue).

These Conditions of Service are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from these conditions shall be settled exclusively by the Dubai Courts.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

This policy outlines your rights to cancel a contract, return a purchase, and the conditions required to obtain a refund or an exchange.

At Sparkling Luxe, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every handcrafted creation.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the date you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise this right, you must notify our Concierge Team before the 30-day period expires. You may contact us via:

For items purchased through sparklingluxe.com or via our digital sales channels, you may return or exchange your creation through the following methods:

Complimentary Pick-up:

  • Contact our Concierge Team to arrange a secure, complimentary collection of your item from your address in the UAE.

In-Person Returns:

  • You may return your item directly to our showroom in Dubai by appointment.

Important Note: All returns and exchanges are subject to a rigorous Quality Control (QC) check. To be eligible, the item must be in pristine condition, within the 30-day window, and accompanied by the original diamond certificate (IGS/GIA/IGI), warranty card, and all original packaging.

To ensure the integrity of our jewelry, we enforce strict return conditions:

State of the Item:

  • Products must be returned in a new, unused, and perfect state, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers attached.

Complete Packaging:

  • Items must be returned in the original Sparkling Luxe box and delivery package, including all accessories, certificates, and documents.

Alterations:

  • Any jewelry that has been resized (other than by Sparkling Luxe), damaged, or altered from its original condition will not be accepted for return.

Quality Control:

  • If an item does not meet our QC standards (e.g., shows signs of wear or microscopic scratches), we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product back to you.

In accordance with luxury industry standards, certain products are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bespoke & Personalized Items:

  • Any jewelry that has been custom-designed, made-to-order, or engraved at your request.

Resized Items:

  • Products that were specifically resized to your measurements prior to shipping.

Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser and will be credited to the original payment method used.

Gift recipients are not entitled to a cash refund but may be eligible for an exchange or a gift credit.

Once your return has passed Quality Control, we will process your refund. While we initiate the transfer immediately, it typically takes 10 to 15 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Should you wish to exchange your creation for a different size or a different model:

  • The original item must meet all the “Condition of Returned Products” requirements listed above.
  • If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before shipment.
  • If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the original purchaser (subject to the conditions in Section 5).

ABOUT SPARKLING LUXE AND THESE CONDITIONS

Sparkling Luxe (“we”, “us” and “our”) provides expert maintenance and repair services for your jewelry creations (the “Services”). These Conditions of Service apply to any repair or maintenance order (a “Service Order”) placed through our website, via email, WhatsApp, or in-person at our Dubai showroom (the “Service Channels”).

By submitting a creation for service, you agree to be bound by these Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We recommend reading these carefully before validating a Service Order.

We provide Services to individuals who:

  • Have reached the age of legal majority (21 years in the UAE).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Are the bona fide owners or authorized representatives of the creation.

We reserve the right to refuse a Service Order for legitimate reasons, including if we suspect the creation is not authentic or was obtained through unauthorized channels.

 

Our service process ensures the highest quality care for your jewelry:

A. Request & Shipping

  • To initiate a service, please contact our Concierge Team.
  • You may be asked to provide photographs of the creation and a description of the requested work.

B. Diagnosis

  • Upon receipt, our master jewelers will perform a formal diagnosis.
  • We will verify the condition of the gold, the setting of the stones, and the overall integrity of the piece.
  • For complex bespoke creations, the diagnosis may take up to 7 working days.

C. Cost Estimate & Approval

  • Following the diagnosis, you will receive a written Cost Estimate via email or WhatsApp.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days. If not approved within this timeframe, the estimate becomes void.
  • Your written confirmation (Email/WhatsApp) constitutes a binding contract.
  • If you reject the estimate, we will return the creation to you in the condition it was received. A nominal diagnostic or shipping fee may apply.

All prices are quoted in AED and include 5% VAT.

Terms:

  • Payment must be made in full before the creation is released.
  • We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfers.

Uncollected Items:

  • Creations remaining uncollected for more than 6 months after the final notification may be moved to secure off-site storage.
  • Items uncollected after 12 months may be subject to additional storage fees.

You may cancel the Service Order at any time before the work has been fully performed. However, you will be liable for the cost of any labor or materials already utilized up to the moment of cancellation.

Our Right:

  • Sparkling Luxe reserves the right to cancel a Service Order if technical complications arise that make the repair impossible or risk damaging the creation further.
  • In such cases, any pre-payments for the specific work not performed will be refunded.

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. All Services performed by Sparkling Luxe are covered by a 12-month Service Warranty from the date of collection.

Scope:

  • This warranty covers the specific repair or part replaced.
  • It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, or interventions by a third-party jeweler.

Validation:

  • To claim under this warranty, you must provide the original Service Invoice.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Sparkling Luxe is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability for any Service Order shall not exceed 100% of the value of the Service itself.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing flaws or damage that only become apparent during the cleaning or repair process (e.g., internal stone inclusions or metal fatigue).

These Conditions of Service are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from these conditions shall be settled exclusively by the Dubai Courts.
